Fall in Central Park

As the snow floats down on the city streets once again today, I thought it would be nice to revisit the beauty and magic of Central Park in Autumn...then again I suppose Central Park is always magical no matter what season but can you really blame it?

The Long Sleeve Dilemma

This is rarely something I notice until Winter but there is a surprising lack of well designed Long Sleeve Dresses on the market! It gets cold and somehow I'm expected to still wear the skimpy dresses of my Summer days? I don't think so! In addition, I know my Mother Dearest always complains when shopping for dresses because she needs sleeves to cover her arms that she doesn't love, but doesn't want to look like a frumpy grandma in a matching blazer/dress set...what is a girl to do? Help is on the way my dearies because it turns out there are some great dresses to cover those arms and still arrive in style... you've just got to know where to look!

For something a bit more casual you could layer up this red jersey number from Forever 21.

This Nicole Miller would be great for the office, as would this Chetta B.

This Zac Posen would be gorgeous for a woman of any age on a fancy night.

I am in love with this Aiden Mattox for a fun night out on the town, especially with the surprising dip in the back...my trademark!

It may be cold outside but baby you can still look good! I found this emerald green beauty last night surfing Etsy which has me green just waiting to get one myself. Brooklyn based shop, Vital Temptation, has done an A+ job...so delicate!

Back to Work!

After a much needed break with family friends, it will be nice to get back to work and tackle all the new projects for 2011! Somehow with all the time off, I still didn't manage to get done everything that I had in mind. But oh well, that is what winter hibernation is for right?

What currently has me dreaming is the change in wind at the Lincoln Center. Just around the corner from my now home, all too soon the tents will go up and Anna Wintour & Co. will grace the New York Fashion Week with all their style and grace. I can hardly wait to live in the excitement of all this sparkle and glam this go around!
