I am a Southern Girl, so when it gets cold, it is only a month maximum in January and then it begins balancing out again for nice weather. Well up in the North of France it is definitely colder than what I consider my comfort zone. I try to focus on things other than my fingers and toes freezing off, like how pretty everything is with snow, or how nice it is that the air has dried out so it doesn't feel overcast and rainy everyday.
