Sunny Saturday and Moving On

Well my darlings I made an important decision this week. After a good run, and a doss of clarity, I'm letting go of someone who I probably should have long ago. Funny thing is that rather than feeling sad, I felt lighter. I felt like this burden, this stress I've been carrying around for months is just gone now. Its interesting being the person on the hook, the person being made promises that don't come to fruition, the person that sees all the potential for something to work but never gets that reciprocated vision with the effort it needs to become a reality. I'm the kind of person that does not like to waste time, when I see something worth while, something that has a future, I put my time and my heart all in. Then, what is supposed to happen is that other person does the same, a 50/50 road you both travel down together. But know this darlings, if that person in your life isn't doing that for you, its because it boils down to one simple fact "They're just not that into you." Its a hard fact to swallow for something you want badly, but once you can manage it and walk away from it, you can open yourself up to finding something you deserve; someone who really deserves you. Its simple in theory and very hard in actuality but well worth the strains to get there.

So I challenge you darlings to know your worth and don't accept anything less than you deserve from anyone. Always be your wonderful, beautiful selves and someone will come along to sweep you off your feet and treat you just like the princess you always have been!

Much love and strength to you darlings!

Oh, I'm so happy for you, Jessica! Isn't it such a freeing feeling to finally allow yourself to...escape? I was in a similar situation myself earlier this year, and I couldn't have felt more empowered than when I simply stopped answering the person's calls, and let things stop for good - allowing myself to move on. I could not be happier for you, or your strength. :)
